Our clients receive an extensive and also critical, written appraisal of the candidates we present. We also make a point of being present as a coach at the initial job interview with the client. Altogether our procedure is extremely time-consuming and for this reason we only take on the number of assignments that conform with our capacity and where the client attaches importance to top-quality realisation.
